EXCHANGE POLICY
Each piece at Flirté is carefully designed and crafted in limited quantities, staying true to our exclusive production approach. Because of this limited-edition model, certain styles may not be restocked once sold out.
We offer exchanges under the following conditions only:
a) Size Issue: If you face a size issue, we will provide one free exchange delivery.
b) Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, we will arrange a free exchange delivery.
c) Damage During Transit: If the product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a free exchange for the same product.
d) Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, it will be eligible for exchange.
e) Exchange for Another Product: If you wish to exchange your order for any other available Flirté product, the exchange will be processed subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Exchange
a) Time Frame: Exchange requests must be raised within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
b) Additional Delivery Charges: The customer will bear delivery charges for any exchange requests after the first exchange.
c) Unboxing Video: A clear unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged or incorrect products. The video must show the package being opened and the issue clearly.
d) Website Purchases Only: Exchanges are applicable only for products purchased directly from the official Flirté website.
e) Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
Exchange Request May Be Rejected If:
a) The product is not damaged.
b) The wrong product is claimed without valid proof.
c) The product is sent for exchange without prior intimation.
d) The product is returned without original packaging, accessories, tags, or with damaged packaging.
Please note:

International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
