Return & Refund Policy

Return

Kindly note that each piece created at Flirté is produced in limited quantities. Therefore, our return window is valid for seven (7) days (working or non-working) from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
    The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

You may exchange your pair for a different size or style (subject to availability). Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Flirté reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed and/or payment is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We request customers to review their size, style, and shipping details carefully before confirming their purchase.

Refund

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Approved returns
  • Price adjustments in case of exchange
  • Orders lost in transit

Refunds will be processed either:

  • To the original payment method, or
  • As store credit in the Flirté account (as preferred by the customer).

Please note that delivery charges (both forward and reverse shipping) will be deducted while processing refunds for all payment modes.

The deduction will be:

  • ₹200 for prepaid orders
  • ₹300 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Once approved, you will receive the refund within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
